Texas Residential Aerobic Maintenance Contract
3 Inspections Per Year:
$290 - 3 Inspections in One Year
$570 - 6 Inspections in Two Years
Quarterly Inspections (Recommended for Drip Systems):
$380 - 4 Inspections in One Year
$750 - 8 Inspections in Two Years
For residents of Coryell County, Texas only. Three inspections in one year. First inspection shall be during the 4th month after the contract begins, the second will be four months later, and the final inspection will be during the month the contract ends. Price includes the mandatory County contract fee.

Bell County

Texas Residential Aerobic Maintenance Contract
3 Inspections Per Year:
$260 - 3 Inspections in One Year
$510 - 6 Inspections in Two Years
Quarterly Inspections (Recommended for Drip Systems):
$340 - 4 Inspections in One Year
$670 - 8 Inspections in Two Years
For residents of Bell County, Texas only. Three inspections in one year. Reminder: All aerobics need to be pumped out every 3 or 4 years minimum or sooner if your sludge level in tank 2 reaches 20 inches or 10 inches in tank 3.

-Once your payment has been made, an email with your information will be sent to H2O Aerobic Systems, LP.

-There is no need to mail a signed contract to H2O if payment of the contract fee is made online with a credit card.

-H2O will use the information that you submitted in order to fill out a contract and send it to the County.

-You will then receive a copy in the mail of the submitted contract, after H2O turns in the contract to the County. If you are a new customer, H2O will place a sticker at the top of your contract copy letting you know the months your system will be serviced.

- You will receive inspection reports by email.
